End of an Era

(DOH. totally forgot I didn't post. XD will do dude.)

he sighed

I know, I know. Wait...

he looked around, and walked over to a nearby tall tree. he grinned, and looked back at Kenji

up for an ambush?

he jumped, grabbing onto one of the branches near him. He puled himself up, and kept climbing, until he was sure he would not be seen.

"It wont be needed, just need to be quick and efficient" Kenji said

he sighed.

your old fashioned. an ambush would be quick, effective, and quiet. as long as no one screamed as they died we would be fine.

he jumped down from his high branch to a lower one, where Kenji could see him.

"Make your strikes quick and fatal." Kenji said. He ran towards the entrance at the door. His hands clentched into a fist and he stood next to the guards as they looked at him distracted for the moment

this was it. He made his right arm move, and grabbed his blade slung over his back. He made it spin out, slicing three gaurds standing around, making them fall. The fourth, he left standing there. Before anything else could happen, he whipped his left blade out with his right hand, and sent it stabbing through the three gaurds heads. The fourth gaurd, left standing, was pierced through the chest, in the center of the heart. He ran forward, taking out the blade from the four. He grabbed his right blade stabbed into the ground, and looked over at Kenji.

"Thats how its supposed to be done." Kenji said as he walked into the town.
"Now, i need u to find us a place to stay. Im assuming by ur clothes that u have money. Ill get us some supplies"

he sighed, and gave Kenji a look

don't assume by ones appearance that they have something. But, yes, I do. The gaurds wern't poor, I can tell you that.

he pulled a couple money bags out of his clothes, and threw two of them to Kenji

there's about three quarters of the loot I got off the gaurds. Get all you can with that. I have enough to get us a place to stay.

he pulled a large money bag out of his pocket, and gingled it. It sounded about three quarters full. He nodded, and walked off. He went through a few places, looking at the inside and outside. He went through a couple places, until he found one that he liked. It was three stories, had decent furnishings, and the manager and tennants seemed nice. He paid for a room, and walked upstairs. Their room was large, and had about five beds in it. He knew the others would have to come sometime, so he picked a bugger place to stay for that reason. He took his key out of his pocket, and walked out of the room, locking it. He walked out, and went to the town market, and looked for Kenji. It was later by then, and the sun was beginning to set.

Kenji walked towards Xarubbi his arms holding two large bags of fruits meats and vegetables, enough to last for at least 3 days.
"You get the place?"

"yeah, it's about a ten minute walk from here. I got us a large room, because I knew the others would have to come, eventually. It didn't cost much. It is a high end place though."

he turned around, and walked toward the hotel

She looked over at Cino.

"Apparently I don't anymore...."
