It's been just over 3 years since FFD opened, and it's been a close knit community, one which we've all been able to share our problems together, talk freely and discuss any kind of topic that we wanted, from Final Fantasy to problems with school.

Unfortunately, the decision was made to archive the board while it still had some minimal activity, rather than let spammers come and take over, which I think we will all agree on. Although there was the fair share of drama, people leaving and not much activity, the fact that we managed to keep it going until now is a statement to say that we weren't going to let it go down without trying our best to keep it open.

So after 3 years, 50000 posts and over 1000 topics later, with one of the best and closest communities on the web, FFDiscussion has closed on the 1st December 2010

What's the game like? is it fun?

I heard that the Wii prequel is coming out the same day as Conduit and I was intreged to see what this Overlord game is like, but the only footage available for the Wii version is only 1 minute long.

It's quite good. I used to love it, but then i got a bit bored of it. The wii version is pretty much the same as the other versions (As in, its the same sort of stuff that you do). Worth the money though.

EDIT: THis is all going off the 360 version Very Happy

ah, kool. I'll looks up some gameplay footage of the 360 version then.

Funny thing I heard someone say was that the Wii version only has slightly less better graphics than the 360 version :S I'd think the 360 version would be miles ahead in graphics.

EDIT: Had a look at some of the footage. From what I've seen it's just Pikmin on steroids. So now it's gotta compete with Conduit & Pikmin 3 for my support.

I would say Overlord >Pikmin. Overlord is a more funny version of Pikmin. And you get to throttle your own minions! XDD
