Stupid Adel and a question

i got to the part yesterday when you hav to fight Adel and keep Rinoa alive. 2 and a half hours of trying to beat it (Rinoa is one of my main members, so i had to bring a underleveled Selphie in, which didnt help) i finally beat "her"(her looks say otherwise)

before i ended up beating her i looked for a stratagy online and someone said to use "the end" on her... what would that be?

The End is Selphie's ultimate limit break but it's pretty hard to get I have played FF 8 like 5 times and I never gotten it. It's a limit break that can kill any enemy or boss in the game.

There are some pretty useful tricks to utilize on getting The End.

Also, it's wise to be fully prepared before going into Lunatic Pandora.
