Oogie approached the boarding ramp of his still moored ship, the crew members would be away in the nearby town he expected which gave him a good opportunity.

He smiled as he ascended, and turned back to help her aboard.

she smiled looking it all over "wow. nice ship you have here cap'n" she said adding a spin on it smiling and taking his hand to help herself up she smiled

"wow. my first time on a boat!..oh sorry ship..." she said and smiled brightly at him

"i would love to!" she smiled lightly touching the railing and the barrels

"its not bad at all. i like it" she smiled at him and walked around

"anything i can do to help cap'n" she asked turning and smiling at him

he pulled he up a flight of stairs so they were elevated and stranding at the ships wheel

Now this is where i stand to look important and well kinda steer the old girl, wanna try?

he pointed at the wheel and smiled, hoping she would take him up on his invitation

"can i really? you'll teach me right?" she asked "i dont want to crash." she said and smiled at him lighting touching thw worn wood of the wheel

"its so beautiful" she said in an almost whisper

Oogie stood close behind her and placed his hand on hers, it was so comfortable and close here, he enjoyed it for a few moments before stepping back slightly and coughing a little.

HE strode across the deck and began to turn the large wheel that drew in the anchor, using all of his upper body strength he dragged the chain up and onto the ship. He was sweating slightly when it was aboard, and he turned back to Kairi trying to remove sweat from his forehead as subtlely as possible.

"w-wow..." she said and when he turned to her she realized he had caught her staring and she looked away nervously. she had pretty much been drolling over his strength and she felt a heat flash run up her spine and into her face turning her cheeks red

"y-your very strong..." she said and felt stupid 'of course hes strong you moron he just pulled an anchor out of the water by himself!' she thought and bit down on her lip to keep from saying something else stupid

Just takes practice i guess, i mean all work on Oogies ship has to be hard work

He moved closer to her, he looked into her eyes as he walked and drank in the moment, the boat had begun to drift and he knew there wasnt long, so he had to get to the wheel

"oh yes! um. so let me watch you first" she said walking over and watching him then she turned to look at the water

"how do you know your not going to hit any coral?" she asked
