Faina laughed as Kairi caught up to their small group and hugged her.

No, you're aren't too late. Boat's still here, isn't it? She laughed again

Shinu please! Your research isn't going anywhere, it will be right here when you get back I promise.

The pouty face was going to be the death of him one day. Those green eyes could drag him away from any project still. His renewed work ethic wasn't enough to compete with her pleas for him to take some time off. She was dead set on taking this vacation, but Shinu, not so much. He felt like he was on the verge of a breakthrough and had been working himself ragged. His mind and body were challenged all day long in the library and training rooms. He was not willing to be outworked ever again.

Nini you know how I get. I'll be done in just a second I promise. I can't leave at a point where I will forget where I was!

Do you ever forget anything? Come on Shinu, let's just go relax!

That girl doesn't even like me.

Exactly. So why should I go?

Now on the other end of the room, her hand rubbed down the back of his head, a sly move because she knew that always relaxed him to the point of agreement with anything.

Because I would like your company. If you don't go, some other guy is going to be taking your dances.

Now this was a thought that Shinu couldn't bear. Those were his green eyes and no one else was going to get to enjoy them so intimately like that. Perhaps his project could wait a few more days...

Alright, I still have to pack though.

I did it for you. I knew you would ignore it so I made sure you had no excuses. And yes... you can still pick your own shoes.

Shinu laughed a little at that one. She knew him very well at this point. Since he'd come back, he made sure he had time for Nioelle always. He could be the busiest man in the world but would lose sleep if it meant he made time for his girl. She was indeed the reason he worked so hard.

I guess I have no choice do I?

A few minutes later Shinu found himself carrying two large suitcases to the docks. Nioelle knew that he wasn't going to let her carry her own bag, but he grossly underestimated the walk. He needed the workout anyways, he'd been cutting out on weight lifting to train his summons.

As they finally approached the dock, he looked over at Nioelle, she was beautiful. Her hair was nice even though she'd probably disagree, and her composure was as good as ever. He was glad he decided to come.

He did agree to let two men carry their bags off, and in the mean time, he needed to go change. He was sweating and got a lot of dirt on him after a run in with some horses that were running wild back to the stable.

I'm going to go change and get washed up. Why don't you go relax with the others and I'll meet you in a little bit ok?

Shinu gave her a kiss on the forehead and headed down to find a washroom.

kairi smiled and pulled her bag up onto the boat and laughed brightly

"i cant work on my tan!" she laughed. her skin was pale. very pale. but compared to an elf. she was actually tan. her ears hidden under her red hair showed off her actual snowy white skin color. but her forhead was a light peach along with her arms and legs.

she turned to faina and smiled at her. ever since faina had resuced her she felt that she was closer to her. along with shinu. the family she never had.

"ah faina arent you so excited to do nothing for a while!" she giggled brightly

As Lucien waked into his room, he shut the door and looked around to make sure no one else was in the room. From under his coat, he pulled out two bottles of Vodka and put them on the bed. Lucien changed into his normal outfit and wrapped his tuxedo coat around the bottles, making sure they would not get damaged during the trip and packed them into his suitcase.

Lucien came out of his room and noticed that there was more people arriving.

"Heh, better join the party... I wonder if Cor's gonna come. I feel like having a drinking comp." Muttered Lucien as he walked up to the deck.

Slowly strolling up the walkway that led to the ship, COrenian was pretty amazed by the size of the size. Compared to the small rowboat he had travelled to the academy in, this was magnificent. Honestly, he was surprised he got invited since he didn't know her that well... or even spoke to her before. But either way, he may as well thank her and try and see who else was here.

As he ascended to the ship itself, he looked around for Crysta, finally spotting her talking to Faina. Not sure what to do, he just strolled up, trying to put on the calmest face he could as he approached her.

"E-errm thanks for inviting me along, I'm not reallu sure what else there is for me to say but still, thanks," he muttered, stumbling over his words.
Floating behind him to his right, he heard and ever familiar voice giggling as she teased him, "still can't talk to strangers huh? Poor Cory, you still seem like a little kid sometimes." Finishing that sentence, she flew off higher into the air, trying to get a bird's eye view of the ship.

Nioelle smiled and nodded at Shinu as he left. She looked around her at everyone who had showed up. She walked to the center of the deck to see if there was anyone around for her to talk to while she waited for Shinu that wasn't already in a chat with someone else.

Faina sighed happily and leaned on Kira. This is going to be great. We're going to have so much fun! And Kairi, I'm right there with ya on the tanning thing! she giggled.

kairi nodded and smiled walking over to the deck she spotted nioelle

"hi!" she said and walked over to her. the two hadnt really ever talked that much before. but she remembered she must have said hello to her at least once...

"your with shinu right?" she smiled walking to the railing and jumping up sitting on it she swung her feet

"its really great out here isnt it? ive been stuck in that library for so long i almost forgot what the sun felt like." she joked

Nioelle smiled.

Yeah, he's here.

She glanced around, but didn't see him coming back. She looked back to Kairi and smiled.

I know what you mean. I like the feel of it, though, the sun. It's better than trying to up my magic skills in the training centre.
