Kira walked into the training hall with his blade already drawn. He had arranged to meet up with Shinu to help him learn how to use a sword efficently. Kira walked towards the center of the room, eyeing up what there was in the room. A few practice dummys, wooden benches and a bunch of weapon racks, filled with wooden weapons, lined the wall of the room while towards the center there was only a large circle drawn on the floor. "This should be a good place to start his training." While he was in his thoughts he wondered what sort of blade should Shinu weild. A large one like the one he uses, or just a normal long sword. Maybe even a pair of short swords like Nia. Kira looked back over to the weapon racks to see what types of weapons they held. There where all the blade types he knew of, including a katana, some long arm weapons and blunt weapons.

"I hope i don't go to harsh on him, I wanna see just what he can do before i start him off." He placed his sword up the wall and went over to the weapon racks, picking out one of each type of sword that they held, and brought them back over to where his own blade was. Kira picked up the wooden large sword and swung it around a few times, to get used to its weight and how he can balance it out. "This will do nicely for a start off. Now where is Shinu." Kira took a seat on one of the benches and looked around the room, waiting patiently for Shinu to arrive.

Shinu calmly walked into the weapons training arena. He knew where the room was specifically for blade training purposes. Kira would meet him there, and this was a day Shinu was not looking forward to. The Garden was the first place he'd ever gone where people wanted him to use a weapon. He was a quick learner, but the fear of the blade and fear of hurting another human was unbearable to him.

Hey Kira, nice to see you buddy.

He set his bag down with his change of clothes and towel. He figured he'd work up a sweat. The most interesting aspect of Shinu's lack of physicality was in fact how physical he could be. His body was nothing short of a rock. His height was imposing and he was well filled out. His shoulders were broad, his waist was still slim, his muscles very defined. He was hoping for just a workout, but he knew he couldn't be that lucky.

So, where do we start?

H-hiiit you? Why?

Shinu was confused. He certainly didn't think he'd be hitting his friend, or anyone. He thought maybe a few dummies, a few practice swings... but... this was bad.

Um... ok. Let's go.

Shinu lunged out at Kira with the tip of his weapon and tried to stab him in the chest, but just as soon as Kira swung to protect himself, Shinu fell back. Defeated, he sat on the ground and buried his face in his chest. He didn't want Kira to see him right now.

Shinu shook as his hand grabbed a bigger weapon. When Kira said he was leaving he felt like an epic failure. He ran over to the dummy and swung away wildly. He was in a bit of a rage, he had all his senses, but he was crying. It wasn't fun being the coward, being the scardy cat, being the joke of a man who needed GFs and even women to protect him! He swung with wide looping swings, not knowing Kira had returned.

Kira stood there and watched as Shinu swung his sword wildly without at proper aim or considering how to follow it up. Kira just watched and stared, waiting for him to try and not use the sword but become one with it.

As his energy dwindled and the rage left him, he looked out of the corner of his eye to see that Kira had returned. Embarrassment swept over him and his face became very flushed.

Oh, Kira! I guess... now you can see I really am terrible.
