What's some of the strangest glitches you've come across in a game?

I remember the strangest for me was for a game called Road Rash. It's like Burnout but with bikes and weapons. The strange glitch was, I must have hit an error in the road programming, koz the next thing I know my guy starts barrel rolling through the ground.

Well, there was that old "confetti" glitch in Age of Empires II that always bothered me, and there was a glitch in Final Fantasy VIII where random chunks of the world were removed, and you couldent walk to that area (it looked like the end of a map in some older games). That got on my nerves because Deiling City wasnt there anymore, so i couldnt end Disc 1

ouch! That FF8 one sounds really annoying. As for the confetti problem, I think it's either ur gfx card not supporting the game, or the resolution is screwing up if you minimise the screen (similar hting happens to me when I vs'd my friend in starcraft. Kept minimising the screen to chat to other friends and when I' go back in, there'd be random splodges of white).

I remember that in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, in the New York level you could gt past the boundaries into what I called the "Blue Ride" where you were just skating around in a blue area. After a while the skater would slowly disappear. I always found it amusing and went into it when I had the chance.

In Warriors of Might and Magic fort he PS2 there is a glitch in the game where u had to get this key to open a door to move on, but the thing was if u got to close to the door it wouldn't accept the key, so u had to open it from quite some distance...twas really annoying

In my Tony Hawk 2 game, my skater fell down and wouldn't get back up...

In Tomb Raider...I want to say 3, I think it was that one...Lara would drown and lose her arm sometimes. It was weird!

Found a glitch in Red Steel.

During one of the in-game cutscenes, a guy pleads for you to spare his life. I think the animators tried to make him look like if he was cowering, but for some strange reason, his body just expands and contracts.

IF you drive a motorcycle at a high enough speed, when you ram into a building you'll fall into it and that would mean into a never-ending abyss of falling

hehe, that sounds like the underworld glitch in San Andreas.
