When do you like to exercise?

I prefer the early afternoon, directly after school. That way there's still the warm of noon in the air, but I don't feel like eating.

I dislike running in the mornings, because it is often chill, and there are people about.

I like to work out (ply basketball) at night when there is solitude and tranquility and no witnesses to my work ethic.

After school.

i played from midnight til about 2am today, and i loved it. i was hitting some fade aways, that i haven't been allowed to use since i was 15 because of my old coach. i love solitude and basketball.

Hmmm....I used to be sooo active!
I'd do sprints, gymnastics and ballet in like grade 1 and 2
long jump, high jump, modern dancing in like grade 5 onwards then I stopped and moved on to do cross country, middle distance, modern/jazz/hip-hop dancing.
After that I stopped and just did dancing, then I added squash to the list.
And now? Absolutely nothing! I've just started gyming again which should hopefully help with fitness levels again. As for when, usually in the afternoons but with exams the time really varies. I don't do it everyday but I do it a minimum of 3 times a week and for about an hour each time.

I'd just stick with running... it's something you can do through your entire life, even when your limbs and joints have gotten too old and rheumatic to dance.

you need to do some strength training to go with that conditioning.

Yeah. That's why the coach has us lift weights every other day, and we do abs every day after the runs.

Well... I love to play Football (soccer) at 6 PM more or less.... (I think in USA it's different, but here we eat around 9 PM)
I also do High Jumping, Running, and all those kind of things in school, in gym hours... I go to Gym after school (5PM) for around 2 hours...
and I'd love to play Basketball (you may say: "with that nickname, he must be TOO short to play Basketball", but actually, to my age, I'm very tall lol)

here in the US, we got to school at 7am and get out at about 2pm.

and we eat dinner around 6 pm. But it depends.

during winter i play hockey 5 times a week, summer i try and run once or twice a week and i want to start going back to the gym but i need to find someone to go with me.

i don't like working out with other people lol. unless it's a girl, then it's good because i just show off.

and about nito, well you can hoop all you want, no matter how tall, and i eat dinner around 9 but that's because of college.

yeah... we go to school from 8 AM to 5 PM >.<
and about dinner.... the normal eating hours are from 8 PM to 9 PM... but there are people who are still eating at 11 PM lol.. I don't understand them, I would be starving if I ate at 11 PM lol...

I go to school at 7am and get out at 2:45. I exercise from about 3:30 to 5(most days) and then i eat dinner

yes well i do like to work out with others it's fun and a good time is had by all i'm not competative and petty i don't care if the other guy can lift more than me. i used to have a "gym buddie" but we don't go together anymore... so now i'm looking for someone else to go with.

ah idc if someone lifts more than me. i want to get a good workout in. but i'm competitive if a female is around. i have to at least beat her. my old workout buddy, he's back in texas, i can't wait to see him.

Our girls are plenty scary too... but they're more "psycho" scary than scary scary...

I like to excercise in the mornings. And where I live, nobody can really see me, so that means no guys looking at the cleavage.

then why even have cleavage? I train without a shirt unless there's an appropriate audience.

i keep my shit on when i train, other wise u just end up looking like a try hard douche
