Disaster Storm

I'm planning on making an rp about a group of people that live in the ghettos of the town of Lumara, that are Theives and have to steal for a master of their's. It takes place sometime in the future where our government was forced to give in to a group of soldiers that call themselves the saviorates, due to an increased amount of the Muskants, or a ghostly type of creature that no one can see without the right equipment, that take over peoples bodies and kill others. They are created by the disaster storms and the disaster storms can harm people, move streets and buildings, change a person's physical featureas and so on. All I have figured out so far is that a few theives in the beginning will be bringing back something that they stole for their master, but one of them kept a very important peice of it, because it looked valuable. Unfortanatly their leader was looking for that specific artifact and sent one of her goons after them. They are also tattoed with a mark telling anyone that they are from the ghetto's and should be reported if they're outside of them. Others will come in later as we progress through it and some people may be forced to go against us for a while at a time. We do need people willing to be the chaser, a half human half robot, people in a town called Oroca, and there can be up to 5 people to start this off with in the beginning. I'm looking for any help that i can get to help me get this thing started up. Please Also post your profile here and when we get enough people to start it out we'll get this started.

Name: Raven

Appearence:
Biography: At a young age of 8 her parents were taken away from her when they tried to leave the ghetto's in search of food. They were caught and taken away to the Mongarren, most weren't seen after that. She took care of herself until a theif mistress took her in and taught her to steal. She never forgived the saviorates for taking away her parents but takes the risk of figuring out what happened to them daily by leaving the ghettos.
Personality: She is very kind and sweet, but if very sly. She doesn't take no for an answer and usually fights until the end and is optomistic about people she meets outside the ghettos.

Name: Cino Mylar
Appearance: Dark blue trenchcoat along with a black Kimono worn underneath. He also has form fitting gloves along with a set of black boots. He has long red spikey hair that reaches past down his neck. His emerald green eyes shine with determination.
Bio: An orphan from birth, Cino learned that the world was cruel and harsh. He early on learned techniques for survival and doesn't trust anyone but himself. He wishes to destroy those who made him grow up in such a way.
Personality: A very ruthless person how doesn't really trust anyone. He never had friends and mostly relied on himself for his own welfare. He also is very skilled with the sword he possesses.
