@ Will, dunk action means that I had multiple dunks that night, which is a really good thing.

Either way is good for me,cause if I do it in the morning, then it'll wake me up and I'll be hyper,if not I'll be in my own little trips going in circles arounf my little world.
But I do it in the after,I might be already a bit pumped up and I'll be able to domore exercise than whateveri could do in the morning
