I think it's a sport. They need to be in good condition and practice all the time. Dance is sport too so cheerleading is one too for sure.

Who ever said No should at least say why it's not a sport. Just saying "no' doesn't prove why it it is not a sport. So irritating! >

i dont think its really a sport... i mean yes u gotta be athletic n gotta practice for it... but still i dont think it completely qualifies for a sport.....

I've decided it's not a sport. I can't consider the cheerleaders as seriously competitive athletes at all.
