| Nioelle bit her tongue. A leader was someone like Shinu, she thought, someone who is well-liked by everyone and can make the right decisions. She didn't want to say this, however, in case it would make others mad. She kept her mouth shut and decided to blend in with the others who were doing the same. |

| "I really don't care what makes a leader... i just want to go back to my training..." Kira thought to himself, sighing and looking away from Erk to Faina who had answered. "Well she knows something about leadership" Kira thought to himself again. With Faina at his side he sighed again. _________________ |

| Nia looked at Erk thinking, she was listening to what everybody was saying, but it wasn't enough, there was more to it, and Shinu was a great example. "Leader is someone that knows how to make people follow him, no matter the situation, normally without even having to give orders. Shinu for example was a great leader, we all followed him into the battle for what we are being punished now even though he didn't order us to do so. Also, a real leader is never choosen officialy. People may not follow someone that was choosen by someone of higher rank, they will follow only if the person shows them that they can trust him. Also, the leader has to have a strong personality, even though like Shinu, they don't usually fight, he can make the others believe in him."She took a deep breath as she finished talking and sat down. Nia didn't know she could say that much at once and even more about a matter like this. She closed her eyes having enough of this class already. She knew that talking about Shinu will get others in an even worst mood, especially Nioelle... |

| "So, to sum up, a leader is someone who you will follow into danger, and act according to their will. How apt. Now, for our first activity," Erk began as he pushed through the double doors at the end of the hallway, "you'll want to be sure that the person you follow is a wise choice." Momentary dizziness overcame the students as they followed Erk through a shimmering, blue curtain of light just beyond the doors. This was followed by slightly-more-than-momentary dizziness, as the bewildered students found themselves standing on a floating disk of grey stone. Looking down from the platform, the students could see, far below, what appeared to be the Garden grounds. From their estimation, they could be anywhere between four hundred to five hundred feet above the ground. Clouds floated by, just overhead. Before them, stretching to the east was what appeared to be a wooden beam, similarly floating. The beam ran straight through the air for several yards, then began to follow turns and angles, eventually making its meandering path to another disk, many yards away. Floating over the distant platform was another curtain of azure light, much like the one that had vanished when they walked through it on the ground. Eyeing the path for a few moments, Erk turned from his position at the edge of the disk to face them. From a sack on the surface of the platform, Erk drew forth a handful of what seemed to be blindfolds. "Here, class, is what is the be the first challenge of this course. You are all to blindfold yourselves, and choose a leader. You will arrange yourselves into a line, with your hands on the shoulders of the person in front of you, the leader being first in line. You are to follow the footsteps of the person in front of you. The leader will navigate his or her way forward without sight, and lead the rest of you to the other platform. You have a few minutes to orient yourselves and choose your leader." Erk turned away, and sat down on the edge of the disk, feet folded below him. | "What the hell, this is just like the training back up on the mountains. Geez you're no different from them I guess. Except, must we really do this in a group god damn it," he sighed, looking around at everyone. At least he had his ace in a hole here, he smiled looking at Fia who was floating over the wooden beams and taking a look at the strange sight. Before sighing again, wondering why the hell they had to do something like this.
Fia on the other hand was more than worried. Corenian had been different, ever since on the mountains he had been acting more agressive and selfish than usual, as if his split personality was beginning to take over. While it did not seem like to much of a danger now, him becoming a different person altogether made her worried.
((For those who still don't know, Fia is a ghost. If you're a normal human with no magic whatsoever sensing her is impossible))

| Raven's ears took notice of what Corenian had said and he turned to him. "Okay if you have experience with something like this then, how about you be the one that leads us eh? I mean it would only seem to benefit instead of hurt all of us, well unless someone happens to slip and fall to their death," Raven said to him, his tone calm and relaxed like it normally was. _________________ my epic work oh yea |

| Nia looked around, great, that's something that could have them all killed. She looked at Raven and moved closer to him, no matter who was the leader, she would go behind him, he was the one she trusted the most. |

| Corenian spun to face Raven upon hearing his words, startled that someone actually managed to hear him."Hmm, well I could if I wanted to, let's see what the rest has to say first. I may be able to traverse this but leading others across it is quite a challenge for someone like me who has never been a leader before but sure, I can try."_________________ Keeping you bored since 1985 |

| Crysta followed along as the group walked to whatever place they were. Soon they were floating over some boulder or whatever. Pfff. Maybe Hogwarts was better than this place. She really wasn't paying much attention as she stayed behind the bunch and looked around with her hands crossed over her chest. She heard those answers about the leaders as well. but she rolled her eyes and made a "Pffft." when she heard Nia's answer. It was all goodie-tu-choes for Crysta's taste. For her, a leader could be two different things. Either just a simple guide, or someone who forces you to follow their orders, for example, her father. All those men in the military that are fighting for him and have no other choice but to kill those innocent people for the achievement of just some destroyed lands with blood all over the place. She wasn't much fund to her father, but he liked his power a bit. It was kind of like people couldn't disobey. She wished she could have that sort of thing. To have people's will on the palm of your hand. Just then, she remembered she had a class in front of her and noticed she had a wide grin on her face, probably her evilness within it, but just then, she removed and became all serious again... as always. They had to pick a leader? Crysta would do it and she wasn't afraid to die anyways. There isn't anything interesting in her life at the moment, so... what the heck? But people wouldn't pick her especially since she's been so invisible these couple of months. She stayed back and let the people do what they felt like doing, without saying a word._________________ Is history something that repeats itself and remains unchanged or does it evolve with the passing of time…

| All the students gathered to Cyrus, begging him to be the leader. Cyrus, who seemed unusually muscular and intelligent looking, was in a good mood, and agreed to lead the students through the class to get them all a passing grade... Of course, this was all happening in his head. Cyrus, as much as he wanted to be a good leader for everyone, wasnt exactly fit for the job. As with almost everyone else, Shinu popped into his head the minute leadership was brought up, but he wasnt here. Picking a new leader would be kinda tough, but they had to try. Cyrus looked around at his students and tried to pick who his choice for leader would go to. Everyone he saw had some good leadership qualities, but that only made it harder for him to pick, since he only knew most of them for a short while. Perhaps he should just allow the other students to pick before him, since they all knew eachother better then this lonely little mime did. _________________ |
