kairi was up late at night at the library because of that test that she had tomorrow. she had forgotten all about it and with the on going mission didnt even study once for it. her sensi was going to kill her or more or less the patient she had to give the healing potion to. she gulped and knew the head nurse would fix it...right? she was a batty old women... but was she that insane?

she groaned and laid face down in the book wondering why she wasnt ever able to understand what herbs to mix to make that potion. and it was driving her crazy. but it was pretty advance. she held onto her head and pulled on her hair

"i just dont get it! what is this equation suppose to mean... ahhh!" she mumbled face down in the book once again she was praying for some type of a distraction even for a moment just to give her a brake from her 4 hour long cram session

Faina entered the Library, searching for a book on summoning- she really needed to study. Things had been so busy as of late, she hadn't had the chance. However, she heard someone talking when she walked in and couldn't help but investigate.

She turned the corner and saw Kairi, sitting at the table pulling her hair out. Must be cramming. With a silent laugh, she sat up on the table and closed the book.

You look like you could use some help.

"you have no idea..." she mumbled but was relieved to see faina

"ive been studying for hours but i just cant seem to get this down. the proportions have to be exact or it fails and i just cant seem to get this equation." she said showing her and sighed "ive been working on this one potion for over and hour. im so brain dead." she groaned

"what are you here for?" she asked

Faina scowled. That really sucks. I wish I could help, but... I have no idea what the hell you'e talking about. She laughed.

I'm here because I'm failing miserably at this whole summoning thing and I need to read up on some stuff. It's just been so crazy lately that I haven't gotten the chance.

"i know same thing here i havent been able to study with all this chaos going on around campus..." she said and sighed "summoning... thats a forgein language to me... i have no idea how you do it. buts its really cool" she said smiling brightly like usual

Faina couldn't help but smile back. This girl was infectious.

It's foreign to me, too. And that's a problem. I do it naturally, unlike most people who have to train for years to just learn the basic concept. But I can't control it and that's a major problem. I think I might just have to get over myself and ask Shinu for help. She sighed.

"theres nothing wrong with asking for help." kairi said and smiled "you can be study buddies" she laughed and sighed looking down at the book again her smile fading slightly

It's bad enough that I can't do it. Learning from the master will kill my pride. She sighed. You and I are in the same boat, mah dear. If there's anything I can do to hellp, just let me know, okay?

"yea same here... um.. actually...have you seen john lately... i havent really..." she looked down a little sad

Faina frowned, thinking about it.

No, I haven't seen him in ages to be honest. Why? Are you worried?
