"but but how do you know im ready for this im a new student!" she gulped as the head nurse pushed her forward kairi wearing her nurse uniform which was a white collared shirt and a white skirt with a white hat with the traditional red cross on it and a name tag

"this is how we train our students if you have a question try and figure it out on your own your patcients are anyone who walks into this side of campus's clinic try and do your best and for crying out loud stop your complaining!" she grumbled and kairi blinked as she walke dout leaving her in the small office by herself

"eh..." she said and walked around then smiled exploring. it had a waiting room with a desk and a few chairs and one examining room with all the necessities.

"i suppose this will work" she smiled and walked up tot he book shelf in the waiting room seeing all the books on different herbs and different medical techniques totally entrancing her she didnt even notice when someone walked in through the door

Faina entered the Infirmary, still a little lost. She looked around and saw a girl- was she the same one form the library?- sitting down reading a book. She took a deep breath and approached before she had the chance to chicken out and leave.

Hi, my name is Faina and I was just wondering... Uhm... Do you happen to need any volunteers? I know the group was pretty battered when they came back from the Mission, and I don't really have any magic abilities, but I'm good with medicine and I'm quick and thorough with bandages and stuff like that... That is, of course, only if you need any help around here...

kairi picked her gaze from the book to faina and smiled at her

"oh .." she said and blinked looking in the direction of the door wondering if her sensi would mind '..what could a little help hurt?' she thought and smiled setting the book down

"of course you can! that would be wonderful!" she said and smiled at her brightly

"do you know much about medicine or different types of potions?" she asked smiling at the thought of being the teacher for once even if it was only the basics

Faina made a face.

Not much, but I'm a quick learner.

"ah ! alright then this should be fun" kairi smiled and sat up stretching

"well then. how about a simple one. it cures heavy bleeding. you use this herb here and this one mixed with two of these. now you have to crush them up and boil them down but if your in a hurry you just chew them all up for a short lasting effect. now usually if its boiled down you would let the patient drink it but if its chewed up then it is pushed into the site of the bloody mess" she laughed at this then shivered

"now then. dont ever get these two confused ok they look alot alike but one smells like mint and one smells like a skunk. the one that smells nice you use the one that smells funky is junky...er junk." she said and blushed at her little rhymes to remember different items

this is the most common potion or mix of herbs you will make since bleeding is a common thing at a fighting school. so lets see you try and make this one without any help from me really quickly. alright ill be the patient and its life or death" she sai dand set a bunch of herbs on the table then look her pencil and jabbed it through her arm wincing when it started bleeding

"alright help me." she said and smiled at her little test "you pass this and your in." kairi said and smiled

"better hurry thats alot of blood" kairi said looking down at her arm

Faina's eyes widened at the sight of Kairi stabbing herself, but she didn't miss a beat. In four seconds flat, she had the herbs at her nose, smelling for the minty one. Locating it, she put it in her mouth, chewed it up- wincing at the taste- and quickly pushed the wet mess into Kairi's wound.

She looked up at Kairi. Did I pass?

"you pass you pass yay!" kairi said and waved her hand over her wound it disappearing

"yay! lets be friends!" kairi said leaping over the table gripping her tightly in a hug

Faina hugged her back, blinking, and a little dazed.

Shinu walked in to the infirmary, a dazed look on his face. Not often did he walk in on two girls embracing in a hug.

Um, hello you two. Nice to see you are getting acquainted. I'm afraid I injured my wrist in training. It's a mild sprain, I just needed to know if I could get a wrap for it. I simply slipped off of Shiva's ice and put my hand down to break my fall.

kairi blinked and let go of faina and smiled at him

"yes of course." she said and took her hand gently grabbing his wrist and she let her hand glow blue covering his wrist then she moved her hand away after a few minutes and smiled

"that was for the pain." she said and brought the wrap down from the shelf and wrapped his wrist tightly after rubbing some medicinal cream on his wrist and then tied it in a knot and looked up at shinu

"there we go all better. put this on it before bed or before a fight alright?" she said and handed him a small tube of cream smiling
