kairi took a step in shakily then turned and slipped out of corenians grip escaping back into thehall she walked back to the potions lab and mixed the shinning blue liquid and injected it into a vein and then set the needle down and used the table to keep her up waiting for the effects to kick in. she rubbed her forhead and then her eyes and picked up the needle chucking it across the room it smashing against the wall.

Shinu groaned a bit as he tried to fully sit up. Damn Oogie really did hurt his shoulder a bit.

Oogie, this is Erk, an administrator at our Garden, he played a big part in rescuing me. This guy here is Corenian, martial arts master at the Garden. There are so many others! I just... can't believe you're here!

Shinu eyes peered around the room, his senses heightened. The damage done to his body in the prison allowed his brain to achieve all new heights, even telepathic communication for a short time. He sensed bodies and their spirits now, so he knew there was still more people around. He also new Oogie was being a little bit more excited than he really was, but he appreciated that.

We saw the Galbadian Army performing a human sarcrifice. Erk here ordered us back to the Garden, but I disobeyed and we stayed there to kill them all, except one we took for questioning. He gave me the location of the prison and I thought I could do something about it. If I could encounter their leader, he wouldn't be suspicious of just one person. Then I could summon...

Pain popped into Shinu's head. His idea led him right into beating after beating. He had no time for revenge right now. He had to get better.

It didn't quite work out that way. Their leader, his power is incredible. I've never seen anything like it except for... well Erk. He stifled my body and I couldn't summon. From that moment forward, it was over, I had no way of defending myself. As I said, miscalculated.

That sadness and fear in Shinu's eyes... it burned alongside a power OOgie had never seen in them before.

He wanted to get out of this ward, and as far away from this Erk guuy as possible, he seemed nice but Oogie disliked powers that great, even some of the things Shinu had spoken of summoning in his letters had given Oogie shivers.

I don't like for her to be here feeling sorry for me. You'll meet her soon enough my brother, I think it's that serious. You know I don't let just annnny girl meet Oogie!

finally kairi took a deep breath. and with her new found courage injected into her veins she turned and walked back to shinu's door and wavered outside a moment then walked back outside of shine's door and fiddled with the hospital gown she was wearing and she then took a few steps inside and was a little shocked to see shinu standing.

"um..." she said smally tapping her fist on her side she looked down

"good to see your alright shinu." she said. after what had happened the small room was really starting to get to her. all the people inside of it made it seem all the more small. everyone looked familiar except the man standing next to shinu. she blinked and then smiled at shinu

"i would offer to heal you... but im afraid im not allowed." she said lifting her hands that were covered in bandages showing no skin to her elbows
