Stemming from a conversation with Jimi over MSN, I've come to a conclusion: I have no idea how potions are used! lol The things I think of while playing FF!

I think they're a drink, you just never see them drinking it, since they didn't feel like putting it in the game.

So, what do you all think? How is a potion (and the likes!) used?

My guess is a potion is poured over a wound. But... I have no idea. If I ever create a game, there will be no potions lol.

In Pokemon, potion items are sprayed over the wounds, so i always picture them being used in a similiar way in Final Fantasy, but i think its used as a drink, since thats how is usually shown in fan media, and that it has a line of beverages baeed after it.

I think they just throw it into the air and it acts like magic, since I never see the potion actually hitting the wounded person...

An even more puzzling question is:

Where the hell do they store 99 potions?? Especially with Lulu!
