Luca, without a doubt. It is the culturual epicenter of Spira. There is sports, movies, music, food, and most likely drugs and liqour.

Don't mind my addition to this but...I would throw it at Bevelle XD.Just to piss off the monks.Not only that, but with all those ENOURMOUS curtains and statues and decorations, one could make for a great mosh area and adult-playground.I would absolutely LOVE to trash Bevelle.And Bevelle temple?Don't even get me started!I would turn on the elevator stairs, jump in front of the elevator, and Slide down that bitch!!!
