In that, Vincent goes up against numerous people with swords, and kills them. For example, Weiss. He had a frigging GUN SWORD. and, he was friggin fast. he and Vincent fought up close, and guess who won? ^^

Besides, Could may have about 7 swords, but their only good if he puts them all together. That, and the fact that he's not blindingly fast with it, would mean his imminent downfall. Vincent is fast, has a GUN, that can be a SNIPER, a handgun, and a machine gun, and has a gun that shoots a BEAM thats called the DEATH PENALTY. Not only that, but if Vincent were to go into Chaos form, he is not only blindingly fast, but he can fly, he can melee, and he can SHOOT THE CRAP OUTA PEOPLE. a guns range is usually determined by the speed of discharge, and the barrel length. too short of a barrel, and its a shortrange. too long, and you've got yourself a sniper. but medium length, it can be used for both sniping and short range. Vincent has all three of those, and the beam gun, Death Penalty, which is a long range handgun.

that, and if Vencet were to go into Gallian Beast form, he can use Magic and has speed, powe to spare, and his jumping ability is increased threefold. Compare that to Cloud, who can shoot a beam out of his sword on the GROUND. compare that to Vincent's gun, that can be shot in the air or on the ground. tell me this; if Vincent and Cloud were in a battle, do you really think Vincent would let Cloud get in close enough to slash him? Honestly, neither character is that dumb. Cloud would eventually leave an openin in his jumps or in his movements, and Vincent would take advntage of it. Why? Because he WATCHES EVERYTHING AND PLANS AHEAD. He would watch and wait, firing at Cloud to keep him busy, watching and waiting to see when Cloud would move wrong or leave a gap in his sword swings. He would then fire at him, may it be the handgun or sniper version of the Cerberus, or the Death Penalty. Within secondds, Vincent would either shoot clouds gun away, or hit Cloud to where he would leave a bigger opening, to where he could take a lethal shot, thus ending the battle.

Yeah but Vincent was never treated with Mako, and there for doesn't have the noticeable blue geam in his eyes meaning he's a combat specialist from SOLDIER. Here's what Cloud can do to Vincent.

If he wants to finish this quickly, he can pull Knights of the Round out of that box he keeps in the church in the Slums, and own him easily.

If he wants to take his time, he could always knock Vincent out of the air with blade beam, then paralyze him with cross slash, beat him into the ground with meteors of meteorain, and then finish him with finishing touch ejecting him from the fight, or omnislash slash his ass to the next world.

Sorry, Cloud just owns Vincent. It must be the Mako in his blood.
