He kinda is.
I mean, he's a failed experiment.
He didn't make it into SOLDIER,
just some grunt..thing..
Zack had to lug him around.
Zack died for him.
Cloud thinks he's Zack.
Then after the whole Mako coma thing
and piecing together his memories--
he becomes this feel good "hero" type character.

Unless you're referring to something else about Cloud >.>

All of that is true, but how about the episode in his psyche during his coma when he washed up on Mideel?

In the coma it was pretty much revealed that he did everything to get Tifa's attention. Low and behold, it isn't Cloud that gets his mind in order, but it was Tifa who had to piece togethor all of his psyche to get down to the truth. I don't know about you guys, but I personally think that getting all bent out of shape because some girl isn't looking at you is the most emo thing I have heard.

I guess Akane, the simple way to say this is Zack>Cloud.

No he's a loser. Tifa pratically threw herself at him, as did Aerith, and which did he get with? who did he kiss? who did he...?

None of them, he's a loser that's why. Both of them wanted him, and he gets with neither? i can't respect this man.

Who cares about the love triangle.
He tried so hard for Tifa to notice him,
and she had to end up doing it all.

I just don't like that he's getting all
this attention because of the fanbase
who knows nothing about him
except his gravity defying hair, his awesome bike,
and the Buster Sword..
which isn't even his.

I wasn't fond of Squall because he was so anti-social and
always turned to the side to have a monologue.
This isn't the FFVIII forum though,
but I can't really say anything since I haven't gotten passed the 2nd or 3rd disc.

i care about it. as feminine as tidus was, he at least got him some. but no, not cloud, what a dumbass.

tidus even dreamed about two women! and cloud? nothing, just an attention whore who claims to want work alone.
