I see..... how would you reform this system?

i havent got a clue. people just dont give a dam anymore over here. so they wouldnt care if we shot them lol

lol thanks, altho i believe it to be sarcastic ^^. anywho i believe the current pm is trying to stop this, raising the smoking age, putting cigarettes under the store counter, cops taking away all the booze from any1 who looks under 18 and who dont have id on them, yet they dont realise this just pisses them off lol, all i can do is look after my mates as we walk past them

They probably just don't care as long as the law gets enforced.

they already have been enforced, and now they are all pissed off like butterflies. yet they also manage to get the cigarettes and the beer, and they are still pissed off. now that has me confuzzled

Maybe they're pissed off because it's now less simple for them to get said materials?
