I recorded a Vincent vs. Cloud scene last night. I was working on the Rufus scene from AC when Cloud meets him again, but my computer froze and all my hard work went down the drain.

is it a good/expensive mic? koz it's probable that causing the sound problems if it's cheap.

Recording in a closed and silent room would help big

I record it all in the computer room, which is right next to the hall, so I either do it when no one else is home or when they're all sleeping. Loud ones I have to do when no one is home.

Well I'm not too sure about background interference, since I'm not a pro at judging how well a Mic works in differently shaped rooms. There a brand/company logo on the mic?
