Shinu sat and waited for Faina anxiously. The presence of another summoner shifted the dynamics of the Garden a bit, but in a good way from his perspective at least. The presence of a female summoner at that could really help their cause. He needed to make sure she was the one.

Faina entered the room, shaking like a leaf. What could this guy wnt with her??

Uhm, hi. You wanted me to meet you here? I'm sorry it took so long- I get lost a lot...

Shinu stood and gave Faina a slight bow. The girl was obviously nervous, and Shinu couldn't tell if it was because of his appearance or the way he introduced himself. He figured it was the ladder and thought he needed to calm her before they could get anything done.

It's ok, don't worry about any of that, if anything you gave me time to prepare so that I don't take up too much of your time.

Spread across the table was a map, the very same map that Shinu had shown John Grieves, but this map would have an entirely different meaning for this girl. Before he spoke, he made a red circle with a star off in the ocean to the south of Balamb Garden, no more than twenty miles away though.

Faina cocked her head and shrugged. I don't know. Are you talking about that giant monster that keeps poping up and saving me? I don't know anything about it- him, actually, I think. She laughed. He shoots lightning though... To be honest with you, Shinu, I don't know what the heck is going on here. I'm very lost and confused.... It's a little overwhelming.

Yes I'm talking about that giant monster. It's called a Guardian Force. Though their presence is not new, the discovery of them is.

Her voice is so beautiful that she could cause men to be put under her control. We can try to help you, but it will be the ladies of the Garden that can obtain her power. If we try, we'll just fall for her beautiful voice and be rendered helpless.

Faina giggled. Such a manly fault.

But... How would I help with that?

You could reason with her. Being on the ocean, your GF is a great asset to you. Its lightning damage will be tenfold with all that water around. The men, well we'll just be there to steer the ship.

He looked this girl over another time. How the hell could she do what she does? He knew that her GF was fate, but when it came to Siren, she'd have to be confident to obtain a GF that wasn't hers.

Faina took a deep breath.
