Corenian released his grip on the brush, drying the tip before settling it down on the table.
"Looks like it was... oh well, at least we had fun," he sighed, keeping the manual and picking up his trenchcoat before leaving.

The door opened slowly and Lucien walked in sensibly, unlike most of the times he had barged in. Pulling everything out of his pockets, he changed from his uniform into his normal outfit, then laid down on top of his bed.

"There's got to be more to it." Muttered Lucien to himself, " He interrogated that guy, I wonder if he had anything to do with it or if he's even still here?"

"Hmmm, I wonder. Hey, is the captive still in our hands? Did Shinu take him along," he muttered suddenly as he emerged from the bed covers upon hearing Lucien enter, " I get the feeling you may be right, something he said must've gotten to Shinu which is what may have caused this. Speaking of which it still dosen't solve the problem of where in hell the captive went... Fia, you don't mind doing a little recon right? Thanks."
With that he waved her goodbye as she slid through the wall to scout the school.

"BAH! Don't scare me like that!" Lucien yelled as he jumped and almost fell off the bed.

"Shinu is a smart man, he would get rid of any evidence that there was a prisoner and hide the body." Lucien said, going back to thinking deeply on the subject, "Though, one cannot completely get rid of all the evidence at a crime scene."

Pausing for a moment, Lucien had realised that Erk had not seen them take the corpse back.

"Hey, Cid doesn't know about the body and I don't think the magical zombie would have seen us carry the body back. Maybe there wasn't a real need for Shinu to ditch the body outside of the academy." Lucien said with a look of curiosity on his face.

A muffled scream could be heard, but Lucien wasn't bothered by it.

"Hehe, sounds like a big prank was just played. Sounds like if it was a fair bit away too." He said, thinking about the possabilities of scaring someone so late at night.

"When we carried it back that body was still alive, I made sure of it, otherwise Shinu wouldn't have been able to complete the interrogation. Well, I'm not sure about that but that scream seems like something that maybe be worth investigating, what do you think," he replied, pulling out a light novel entitled "Tsubasa Chronicles" from under his bed

"Eh? what's that? some kind of murder conspiracy book?" Lucien asked, sitting up to take a better look at the title of the novel.

"Since I probly won't end up getting to sleep, I don't see the harm in sneaking around the academy at night." Lucien replied, while slipping on his shoes.

"Where you suppose we look first?" Asked Lucien as he got up off his bed and put his jacket on.

"We'd have to think like Shinu if we're ever gonna find any evidence."
