for now, its my turn.

I have this really good friend, we've been friends for ages now and i've ALWAYS had a thing for her. I haven't spoken for a while now because i moved to another city [only 2 hours away] but recently we have been talking alot on the phone.

She has a bf and has had for around 6 months. since i started talking to her she has been on the rocks so to speak with her bf and keeps talking about how much help i've been and how close she feels to me right now.

Is it possible that i could be getting a little to close to her and getting in the way of her relationship with this guy? the last thing i would want to do would cause them to drift apart because of me, she seems really happy with him and i would hate to get in the way and spoil it for her.

Should i maybe just keep my distance for now?

Nope, you let her make that decision. It's not your job to care about their relationship. You do what's best for you and what you think makes her happy. If that's staying close, you do that Will. Let her and her bf worry about their drifting apart and if they do, well then i say go for it.

of course it is, but it's also the only way to look at it. Why in the world would you do everything you can to keep two other people together. That's his job to keep his girl, and you just have to be you and do what makes you happy. Whatever the outcome, well that's for him to do something about like keep his gf happy. If I can't keep my gf happy and someone else can, then it's my fault that i lost her. I won't sugarcoat this for you Will, you're old enough to hear the truth. YOU CAN HANDLE THE TRUTH!!! lol

well my opinion is:

look she has a bf....its not good to break up couples...and if she is with him about 6 months[which is a long time]that means that she truly loves him and they are getting going good
so u should look for another gf like a friend of her or a cousin or from school^__^

but look if she break up,then ask her out AT ONCE
BUT NOT now that she has a bf.....and with that way u might lose her friendship u know^.~
and its better to have her friendship instead of nothing
