I was diagnosed with Depression 2 or 3 years ago, I even had a um...incident back in September, there's a thread about it somewhere...
Truth is, anyone can have it, but no one buys it unless you have doctor notes plastered to your face, people down you for it, it's a real pain in the ass, but I've learned to take my problems head on, if people have a problem with me, let them, but I let them know I'm not to be pushed around. I don't kill anyone or anything but I get right in their face and basically provoke them. lol I've gotten into sooo many fights.
I'm not recommending you harm anyone or yourself, it's the last thing you want to do, but if it feels like you have two tons of stress on your shoulders, take a deep breath and find something that relieves your stress, like a video game. For me, I play Left 4 Dead, but I'm demented that way. lol
Another method is to just rest a lot, not too much, bed sores suuuuuuuuuuuck. But rest at least 8 hours a day, always go to bed at about 9:00 or so, see if it doesn't help, I have Insomnia, so this method never helped me, but it helps others.
