Yeah, I've kinda learned that the hard way. I'll try to just a avoid something or not think about it and it always leads to a major meltdown soon after.

They don't happen very often. But sometimes I just can't take everything and I break down. They don't last very long, either. I call up my sister (she isn't really my sister, but whatever) and we talk for a little while and everything is okay afterwards. But for those long few minutes, I'm not really myelf. I'm not really anyone. I'm a mess personified.

Ugh, my type of meltdowns are just crying a lot since i don't usually cry and it bottles up and its a horrible thing to do. You can't bottle things up no matter how hard it is : (

And I know it is. I try not to, but when I start to talk about it I just have a meltdown anyways, so what's the point? xD

The prob one true fact i know in this world is

This is so true, i get hit with depression alot and put up an act most of the time but some times when it gets real bad i remembered somthing from my early teens, the muscles that are used in sequence when laughing actually cause happiness to occur in the brain (or somthing to that effect) it does work tho try it even when a tiny bit sad just start laughing and see what happens ^^

Well that shoudn't be too hard. I laugh at EVERYTHING. Lol is the most used word in my posts. xD <-- That one too.

jaz... if you are depressed im terribly sorry to hear this. depression bites the big one. and sometimes you get so deep you need help to get back out.
