I can't. Without Shinu, I can't conduct any guardian force missions. He's the only one that knew how in the entire world. Well at least back then he was. Anyways, I'm afraid that unless we find Shinu, there will be no missions.

A small tear started to hang from Cid's eye, but his will power did not let it fall. He had fought back depression for a while, and the Garden was in big trouble, more than he usually let off.
